Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

PTSB Open24 online banking - downloading transactions and Flash software

    In PTSB Open 24, you need to allow Flash to download transactions to PDF or Excel.

    But Flash is no longer supported.

    So the buttons to click are not visible.

    Is there any workaround?

    I had the same issue when trying to download transactions last week. The buttons are gone in Chrome, but they're still visible and work in Internet Explorer.

    At least, that worked for me.

    You need to enable flash in your browser. In chrome right mouse click on the padlock to the left of the web address and you will see and option to allow flash for that website. Enable it reload the page and the buttons reappear.
