    Hi All,
Hoping someone can offer some guidance here.
My daughter is 15 and suffers from social anxiety. She made some friends initially in secondary school which unfortunately did not last as she was a little too trusting with some things she told other kids and was made fun of.
Her friends from primary school have moved to different schools and they have gradually lost touch as happens.
She has one friend in Secondary school who is quite hot and cold and this does not help her anxiety.
We have been to Jigsaw and an independent therapist and while they have given some great tips on controlling the anxiety itself, it has not helped with the social side.
As she finds it difficult to make friends for fear of rejection and being made fun of, I was wondering if anyone knows of any social or support groups for kids in a similar situation in the Dublin West area?

All help and advice is appreciated
