Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Good idea! Just a thought...as this month is usually The darkness into light walk for Pieta house & I know this is where they get a substantial amount of donations from, could I suggest donating to them?

    We are getting up at sunrise this Saturday instead of doing the walk & have made a family donation to this amazing charity :D

    It's the only way we can do age grading as there are no category age grading standards for the mile. :)

    Just catching up here and wanted to touch on a couple of points which have been raised.

    I've never raced a mile but my TT predicted time is 8:01 so I might as well aim for 7:59! Thanks for organising, looking forward to it :)
