Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Yes it's old news, but scary all the same. Most people who condone spam have no idea of the costs of time and money and to say "people who complain about spam are people who never get any email" is crazy.

If I get an unsolicited spam, the company who sent it can be sure they will not get my business, and that every ISP that supports them will get a letter of complaint.
