Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Beau had already passed away. I'm not suggesting it is normal but it isn't completely unusual for people to seek solace when grieving and they both had lost someone they cared about.

    Is this an Irish thing?

    If two people are not blood relatives and not in serious relationships with other people, what the duck is the problem? Do you expect a widow to remain in mourning and celibate until the day she dies?

    Do I have a problem with a man starting a relationship with his dead brothers wife? Absolutely not.

    He had separated from his wife, she had lost her husband, they both likely felt lost and wanted to feel a connection.
    I am not going to judge any consensual adults for starting a relationship even though I wouldn't advise people to do this either.
