Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi everyone. Bit of a random one! I am looking for someone who can do a talk/presentation about the importance of sleep for our mental health in Galway city. Anyone have any ideas??

    Hi Biko. Sure I that's probably a better place for the thread. I have already tried Dr Clare but she hasnt come back to me so I dont think there's anything she can do to help.....
