Jose Mourinho has revealed that Antonio Valencia, Nemanja Matic and Jesse Lingard have returned to training and are fit, "but not yet to play or even to be selected."

    Mourinho re Sanchez.
"Lets wait for result of studies, but I don't think it's a big thing. One week, two weeks max."

    How is that possible ?

The lack of consistency is truly annoying.

    Kenedy avoids retrospective ban

I have him and was hoping for a ban to force me to get rid.

"It is understood that because referee Craig Pawson awarded a free-kick at the time, no further action will be taken."

    Absolute joke of a system

Kids will be practicing his kick move now. Well done F.A.

It's hilarious how their disciplinary system works. Remember Niasse (was it) got a retrospective 2/3 game ban for diving around this time last season, he went down fairly lightly but there was a bit of contact iirc. Then you have the likes of Kenedy lashing out, no sane ref when seeing a replay would say it's anything other than a red card. Since the ref blew for a free though, they've decided they can't do anything (even though watching it I'm pretty certain he didn't blow for a free for the lash out by Kenedy). Some system :-)

That's almost as disgraceful as the foul Kennedy committed

Was already considering benching him for Kante

Would like to know sooner rather than later what the story is with Luke Shaw. Don’t want him anyway but would play him this week to maybe save my WC.

Also what the story with Peltier ? Could have been dropped for opening days performance but also could be something different.

Any news on Peltier? With Wan-Bis suspended I need him to play or else I’ll have to play Bennett against City

For those with Peltier he was left out of squad for tactical reasons

    - Per km79 in another thread.

Bring back the all out attack chip, all is forgiven I say.

    :D
    Still worst chip ever

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,342 ✭✭✭Porthallian

Using the free hit chip might not be the worst idea in the world for those struggling to field 11 players with Wan Bissaka missing just 1 game

Would also cancel any hits taken so far. Although I understand it's useful later in the season for the "skinny GWs". Just a thought.

    Any word on Shaw ?

Typical it’s the Monday night game as we mightn’t get any info.

If he isn’t playing I’m down to 9 starters and already on a -4.

Yeah, but after GW3, your team would revert to what it was for GW2, so team value would have taken a pounding.

I read in the United super thread he's a doubt and Darmian could be fullback.

I’ve pulled trigger on WC anyway.

I knew it would be only a matter of time before he wasn’t available so happy enough with the two weeks I got out of him.

Also handy because the temptation would be to hold a united defender but they don’t look good at all so that’s helped the decision too.

It’s Mourinho, his leg would need to be amputated before he’d consider him fit for being injured.
