(Unsure whether to post here or in Galway City but think here is more correct - please feel free to move if not)

    Hi there,
We’ve been in touch with the civil registrar in Galway. They have advised that if you have a civil ceremony arranged by them / the HSE, it is done in the Oranmore Lodge hotel on a set day.
Has anyone been to / taken part in / heard any feedback on that specifically? I don’t mean a wedding reception in that hotel or anything, but the HSE registrar and the ceremony there?
I have no idea what it could be like, so any thoughts or feedback would be welcome! Thanks.
