I might be moving to Galway in a couple of weeks for work. Is there anywhere else besides daft.ie/myhome.ie that I should be looking? Any nice apartment blocks that don't list on those sites? I know that can be the case here in Limerick where you have to contact property management companies.

    Thanks

The Galway advertiser classifieds are always a good place to look for rentals

The supply of accommodation will increase over the coming weeks as NUIG exams finish around 15th May. There should be much more choice particularly around the city centre. Try get a place the same side of the city as you'll be working, traffic is a big issue around Galway at present, particularly the Lough Atalia works near the docks.

Would be handy if the developer/landlord bypassed any of the fire regulations.
