These UFO's, which have mastered interstellar travel (thousands of years ahead of anything we remotely have) just keep crashing into the US at the exact spot where a classified aircraft and aerospace testing facility is located

As much as the kid and space enthusiast in me fancies the idea, yeaah no

And they are also being prevented from making their presence known to the general populace by a more backward civilization.

According to the myth of Roswell the ufo craft was hit by lighting strike and crashed onto a farmer farm. The local people confirmed the lighting. US airforce also announced they had captured a craft, later they claimed it was a weather balloon. Years later they changed the story again and said it was mogul balloon ( classified project) i think they also claimed the alien bodies people said they saw were crashed dummies. Something happened there, but what it was nobody can say for sure. The US soldiers on the base later in life claimed it was a UFO and their government covered it up. I believe the base commander also before he died also said it was an alien craft.

Maybe they smart enough to know we not ready for it. We barely get on with each other never mind people from another world who are going to be very different from us. Plus we very close minded society still no offence. Some people maybe just not ready for this yet. A advanced civilization probably doing things you guys think impossible.

Most likely meta-materials used on an advanced aircraft. While the Academy sounds stupid, the guy Puthoff behind the science division is the real deal:

"Puthoff and EarthTech were granted a US Patent 5,845,220 in 1998 after five years delay. The claims were disputed that information could be transmitted through a distance using a modulated potential with no electric or magnetic field components. The case is used for educational purposes in patent law as an example of a valid patent where "The lesson of the Puthoff patent is that in a world where both types of patents are more and more common, even a competent examiner may fail to distinguish innovation from pseudoscience.""

Old news, they have been doing this since the 1940's and the foo fighter phenomenon, nothing new in this.
