Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi Guys,

    Is there a way to download a PDF copy of the confirmation of the help to buy.

    Got mortgage approval in princepal but our bank would go no further until we provide them with a PDF copy of the HTB approval.

    Tried screenshots etc but no joy

    I had to use screenshots within screenshots for BOI, there was no way I could figure out how to do it any other way.

    Go into Revenue MyAccount -> My Enquiries (on the top right) -> Click on "Approved Help to Buy Application"

    Print that page using the Microsoft Print to PDF printer, et voila.

    You may have to do the same with the Access Number.

    This sounds like more of an IT problem than a HTB one.

    Ctrl+P to print and then where it shows the available printers, select save as pdf instead of printer.

    I'm not familiar with how the HTB confirmation looks so sorry if I'm missing something here.
