    Good evening folks.

Looking for an explanation as regards a bright flash in the sky occurred at about 23:04 tonight.

Light was as about 60 degrees altitude and 10 degree's south off due West from Tesco in Celbridge.

Anyone have any idea what it could be??

Might have been an Iridium Flare which is basically the term given to sunlight reflecting off a panel on a satellite. It appears as a flash to the observer and can vary in duration and intensity.
