I've recently started wearing garmin at night and tracking sleep.
I sleep well, no issues that way.
When i look at the data I can see the last light sleep cycle starts around 6.30, what i want to know is, the light dozy sleep from then on, is it actually of much benefit?
Is the deep sleep the main quality sleep and if i'm into light sleep from 6.30 am i better off just getting up?
First world problem i know!
