Mold on wall

In the kitchen we have a small Mold problem on the walls in 3 places, all are then same issue with the other and inner leaf of the cavity walls connecting. Concrete is dry so no moisture is been drawn in from the outside, but there is Mold on the inner walls. I am addressing the ventilation issue at the moment with a wall vent and new extractor for cooking.
I was wondering if I treat the Mold and place a 50mm insulated plasterboard on the walls which out keep the new walls from getting Mold inside or replaster the room with a lime cork plaster so no Mold would grow again.
