I made 2 attempts to read Irish Escort/Swinger but that bug that makes Touch and Desktop forget where you finished off make long threads unreadable on here....for me anyway. If a thread is already pages long when I see it I just don't bother even clicking in anymore.

That shouldn't be happening, how long ago did you attempt to read them? Touch should remember where you left off and on desktop you need to hit the small arrow next to the thread title to get to the next unread post.

    I know about the arrow.

Ah, I seen it mentioned in feedback awhile ago by someone and it's partly my fault as the time between my clicking in to some threads can be a good while and the site "forgets". Touch is much worse than desktop, 10 days (ish) and it's back to page 1.

And I just won't bother trying to find where I was then so I just leave it and that has developed into "Ok, this thread is already 15 pages long, I'm not even gonna read it at all."

Well at least when they are closed you know they aren't getting any longer I suppose!

You're right the cookie that remembers where you left has an expiry date, so if it's a long time between reads you'll be redirected to the start.

Some AMA's would be interesting if only there wasnt a pile on of abuse.

There was one by a traveller girl before - she was interesting - but it was destroyed by muppets repeatedly roaring at her about where she got her money from.

Whereas the escort one was far less interesting but no one seemed to care about her not paying tax on the income.

    Anyway.

Id like to see ones from:
    A blacksmith.
    A private investigator
    A member of the clergy
    A judge
    A stand up comedian

A judge would probably get more abuse than that girl!

Quite possibly - maybe with ones likely to cause abuse the questions could be pre moderated?

You're right we didn't care and it was the most interesting AMA so far.

Do feel free to request similar AMAs - isnt that what this thread is for?

I'd like to see a Home Carer in AMA.

We had two carers on in 2016 in conjunction with National Carers Week, Emme. If you'd like to read them, you'll find them here:

    - Now Ye're Talking - to a Family Carer for her husband

    - Now Ye're Talking - to a Family Carer for her son

Of course, if anyone has a different carer experience they'd like to do an AMA about we'd be happy to facilitate it.
