Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Has sisd above by Rossi, don’t think he does lactate testing from my experience but have used him a few times before for the v02 max and metabolic testing and definitely recommend him for them. Very detailed reports after and very forthright about it.

    In terms of lactate testing, I believe Emmet Dunleavy of Prefect Pacing provides it? I did a brief outreach regarding it post Dublin but personally didn’t follow up on it - think I had seen mention of him doing it through David Gillick’s prep for Dublin and that’s how o got on that breadcrumb trail. Might be worth looking up that digestion.

    Got my lactate tests done in a place in Santry, Sports Surgery Clinic. Was 165 euro, ran on a treadmill. Results were quite a bit different to any online calcs I tried so I found it worthwhile.
