Hi I just wanted to make sure this sentence is grammatically correct for a letter I am writing:). I am trying to say 'I have a love for Irish and I put an emphasis on conversation and active learning in my lessons'.

Tá grá agam don Ghaeilge agus cuirim béim ar cómhra agus foghlaim trí ghníomhú i mo ceachtanna.

    Is it ok?

My reply is too late for the OP but may be of use to others:

    active learning = foghlaim ghníomhach

True, but there's nothing wrong with "foghlaim trí ghníomhú"
In fact it sounds better to my ear!
