Dishwasher trouble.

Hi this dishwasher https://www.manualslib.com/manual/421245/Whirlpool-Adp-451-Ix.html?page=17#manual Turns on see first video but then starts making beep sounds and the bottom light keeps blinking see next video . And checking inside it seems no water has circulated. What could be the problem ? See attached videos please.…
