Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Thinking something that happened 30 years ago happened only 20 years - tbe disappearing decades. And I’m told it only gets worse.

    I thought that was just me! Also, when you grunt on the way down and on the way back up. No idea why, but somehow can't crouch or straighten without making that extremely unseemly noise. I remember wondering why adults did that when I was a child.

    I’d be amazed if this hasn’t been mentioned already, but music in pubs being played so fcuking loud. I mean, I don’t mind music being played, even the muck that labelled as music these days. But why play it soooo fcuking loud that I have to scream into the ear of the person I’m trying to speak to. I feel old complaining about this

    Was watching The Beatles Anthology last night. I remember when it came out thinking, wow, Paul looks pretty old in these interviews.

    One thing that makes me feel old is that more years have passed since the Berlin Wall collapsed than it stood. 1961 to 1989 28 years, 1989 to 2019 30 years.

    When the ''kids'' that used to call trick or treating when they were little are now bringing their kids to our house trick or treating. Seems like the blink of an eye. That and having good and bad legs instead of left and right ones.
