    A penis would have cost an arm and a leg, and they’d have been back to square one :D

    I think you'll find they actually removed his left leg, and used his penis instead for efficiency - it tapers appropriately where it disappears into the shoe. If you watch any of the episodes, you'll never see him barefoot for this reason.
