Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Try amazon.com, there's a licence agreement or something, and we can only get Kindle stuff from US store

    As fifi234ie said try the US store, just change the url from amazon.co.uk to amazon.com and get it that way, I was able to get it for free, same as other kindle books in the past.

    If you got a text from apple saying you won a prize it would be a scam, however a tex from aple sounds kosher.

    There was a thread somewhere on boards a few weeks ago about this scam. Many people got the text. Everyone in my family received it!

    btw - the number the text is from is +1 (270) 244-0349 in case anyone else gets a text

    not sure how I got it as the number it was sent to is a payg number that I don't use for anything. I just got a sim to put in an old phone :confused:
