Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Gusting to 85km/hr here now, nothing amazing by winter standards but considering how calm its been this year its probably the windiest night all year other than that storm in early January. My bedroom window faces SW so a constant roar here now :D

    Glad I dismantled the trampoline, just watching the patio door glass flex in the gusts.

    Intensity of the gusts seems to have died down somewhat now, perhaps only a short lull though.

    131 km/h gust at Mace Head at 1am. 2kt below sustained violet storm force there.

    105 km/h gust at Shannon Airport.

    Gust of 131km/hr at Mace Head, sustained 100km/hr, strongest of the season by quite a distance

    Still wild here, gusting to 90km/hr
