Account skimming

Hi I was wondering if you are aware that if an atm card is skimmed, eflow seems to be one of the websites that the cards are consistently used on. I've been skimmed twice unfortunately and both times my card has been used on eflow. I've also heard of numerous people being skimmed and there card being used on ( being another)

Not saying there is anything wrong with the eflow website security wise or anything like that, just thought it would be good for people to know about it or if anything can be done to stop it

Hi HiHello,

Sorry to hear you have had a bad time with card skimming lately.

We are aware that there have been instances where cards have been skimmed and used to make payments through the eFlow website. If an incident like this occurs we advised that you contact your bank immediately and the gardai. eFlow will liaise with the gardai when something like this happens and help with the investigation anyway we can.

Mr Grumpy,

Eflow take data protection very seriously, all information is stored securely and all payment details are encrypted once they are stored on our system. Once the details are encrypted they can't viewed by anyone. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection of any personal details that we store.

All the Best,

eFlow: Ciaran is offline
