Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi all,

    Newbie to life here, so please excuse any ignorance on my behalf,

    I am hoping to start saving to buy in the next 5 to 7 years (25 years old)
    I saw that new developments in Carrigweir, Tuam were sold for 150K
    Reviewing the price register on Daft, an apartment listed as 65,000 in 2014 before building commenced (I presume?) and then listed at 120,000 in 2017,

    I was wondering, how do people find out about new developments and get a look in or their name on a list etc?

    Also would the price originally listed at 65,000 have been to a builders finish or a furnished finish?

    Any help or insight is greatly appreciated
