Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I don't have a record of this on the logbook, or anywhere that I can tell what it is - is this going to be a problem when I go for my VRT appointment next week? I did read in the 'Your motorhome conversion ...' thread that for pre 2001 vehicles you put down 999 but what about 2001 vehicles? Anyone know?

    Also (looking for reassurance here more than anything) if anyone could confirm that my UK MOT is sufficient for now in terms of the roadworthiness of the camper, i.e. I don't need to apply for an NCT until my MOT is up in December?

    You have to exchange the mot cert for an Irish NCT Cert it’s free at the moment.

    Thanks so much. As far as I can’t tell I don’t need to do this before VRT (on Wednesday!) do I? It’s not listed as one of their requirements?

    The test for a camper is CVRT, not NCT.
