Final Research call!

Dear Parents,

Happy New Year! How do you cope with the challenges life throws you? Would you like the chance to win a 50e voucher?

I'm carrying out research with the HSE & UCD to find out how parents manage emotions during stressful times. What helps and what doesn't? What helps some parents develop resilience while others are more vulnerable to mental health difficulties.

If we can identify what helps parents, we'll have a better idea of how to design services to better support parents.

If you have 25 minutes to spare, I would massively appreciate if you could fill out an anonymous survey!

P.S Please not there is an option to win a second voucher by opting in for an interview at the end of the survey. We are no longer looking for parents to carry out interviews, merely to fill in the online survey!
