Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Grandchild's first birthday

    Can anyone suggest what to get a grandchild for their first birthday?

    I don't necessarily to get more 'stuff' or spend a lot but get something with a bit of meaning.

    You could get a personalised story book or name a star after the child. I think they're available on Littlewoods.

    The child will not remember anything you give it at that age.

    Maybe a few Prize Bonds to the value you can afford? They last forever. Just a thought. Nice card with pic of you and GC on the front with the date and Bonds inside.
