Need to change my diet!

Been having gut issues for over 20 years now and causing me to have a terrible time Leaky gut I think I have. I'm going to get a GI map done soon for my gut to see exactly what's going on in there. Does anyone know anything about the GI Map.

Been taking Dr udos probiotics and lepicol daily more than the recommended amount which does help however I now want to change my diet. I don't think I could go full vegan or vegetarian however an 80% plant based diet I want to try.

Has anyone any advice on where to start and how to stick with it.

Start by searching Vegan Challenge 22 https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sour...7gE8gsvtwkYwFz

or Vegan Ireland http://www.vegan.ie/vegan-guide/recipes/

and just start cooking.
Stick with it by returning to meals you like.
Take a B12 supplement ( everyone over 50 years should be doing this).

Recipes for plant-based food are everywhere.
