Marco Beverage Systems (based in Sandyford Dublin 18) are seeking a Mechanical Engineer / Document Coordinator to join our R&D Team.

Candidates will have a 3rd Level qualification in Mechanical engineering or related discipline.
Experience in working with Solidworks or similar 3D CAD system.
Experience of appliance design and or consumer products a big bonus.
2/3 years experience in Engineering document design and control.
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment a bonus.
A good knowledge in punching, folding and welding techniques, preferably with stainless steel.

The role involves engineering document control and management, as well as certification to international standards, product modifications, new product design etc.

I wonder would they be looking for someone with 20 or even 30 years experience by the time they interview you. It might even be time to retire by the time you get the necessary experience. I guess now that there are no jobs in civil engineering they can ask for what they like.
