Pigeon problem

Hi Any suggestions to stop pigeons flying over our garden? House behind us keeps pigeons and every evening they appear to be let out and do a loop for about 30 mins. Bird poop everywhere and owner is not approachable. Anything we can hang to deter them from flying over us?

Look at Hawk Decoys. Put some on a shed roof and in your garden.
