Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Netflix has no sound

I have Virgin TV and Netflix is channel 300 and upto to few weeks back worked fine. Now when I go into channel 300 the Netflix picture is fine but no sound at all. The TV itself works as it should so I can't understand why it has no sound now. I tried the Netflix app on RTE and same thing happens. Any ideas would be great.…
