still covered

i have question if you have 2 penalty points and dont declare them and you have a crash are you still covered

Most policies have a non-declaration excess... Eg my old policy excess jumped to 2k if I didn't declare points. Check your paperwork.

if you claim it is ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN they will check.

At the moment the only company that give a discount for having no penalty points but ALL insurers will treat non disclosure of any "material facts" as a reason to cancel the policy / not pay a claim or both. It is essential that you disclose any penalty points.
