Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hey guys,

    We have got another promising young Irish fighter on board with the fighter blog section of the site.

    EFR's Norman Parke will be writing weekly blogs from now on which is great because he has some huge fights comming up including his next which will be in Finland.

    Parke will go into detail on his training, diet and build up to fights.

    Must say Chris Stringers blog could be published by a book company,never laughed as much since I watched Barry "the blender" Henderson for the first time :D:D:D
