But, but, but, can't you see that the owner of this 1979 Range Rover Classic has bolted a Discovery shell onto his old Rangey chassis?

OK - it isn't a car but it's certainly old and quite rare.....

At Parnell Square today. It seemed to be part of a film shoot.

clean looking W210 (bar a bit of duct tape) but looked to be fairly clear of the rust that culled way too many of these

I love those petrol pumps beside the road like that. d'Fecking EU finished a lot of those back in the 90s I remember but I filled up at a similar one today.

Don't like the ones with the big steel cap over them and the obligatory plaza with lots of parking spaces, coin operated washing machines, a Spar/McDonalds and several other sh1tfood eateries and when you rock up to pay and say '40 petrol' there's a confused chungwan behind the counter in a shiny uniform asking you which pump it is. Feck that sh1t. And don't get me started on pre-pay/card-only pumps. Hate the sight of those khoonts of those yokes.

There's a great filling station in Goleen I think it where you have to go into the pub to pay and it's just beside the road like the one above. This is the way it should be. Would love to see those big ugly celtic tiger plaza filling station monstrosities torn down and turned back into farmland.

What a classy beauty. It has aged well too. I still think it was the face at the time that put people off buying them but it has aged well.

So Leitrim is where old Mayors' cars go to die.

That Vel Satis is just gorgeous.

That lad has had it a number of years, bit of a Renault fan by all accounts.
    Pumps aren't operational anymore.
    I see a single Vel Satis on ebay.co.uk for £950 ......
