    Hi all,

I'm a manual therapists who specialises in back pain treatments. I've treated many back pain cases by looking at the mechanics of the body and pain coaching science amongst other physio treatments.

I'm looking to do a quiz for my future and existent clients to help them with extra information about the pain. There's been some science to back up pain reduction with extra info for patients.

I was looking for feedback from fellow people who have back pain and sciatica what there biggest challenges is when dealing with there pain and trying to solve it?

    Jay

Injuries can keep yourself away from sports for couple of weeks or sometimes months? There are some measures which I take to keep myself away from injuries and staying fit. The most important one is using proper techniques, taking enough rest, wearing the perfect gear, improving the flexibility and strengthening the muscles.
Wearing wrong gear can also be the reason for many injuries. In my gym athletes often face issues with their back and other muscular injuries.
Back pain which is the most common injury in athletes, can be prevented by wearing a right equipment and correcting the posture during training. Weight lifting belt can provide support and keep the posture correct during lifting weight. See its benefits here https://www.aqfsports.com/blogs/news/definitive-weightlifting-belts-guide . I follow all the techniques to prevent any injury while doing workout.
