Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Windows thermal imaging

    Hi,
    Had a thermal imaging survey done and one of the issues highlighted was from a newly installed bay window, it shows both ends of frame and in corners of sill
    have a huge difference in temp(shows up black) than everywhere else. It seems to be metal rods that run whole length of frame, so we are assuming that they are
    not working efficiently, would this be normal would any body know, before I contact window company??
