Hi, Had a thermal imaging survey done and one of the issues highlighted was from a newly installed bay window, it shows both ends of frame and in corners of sill have a huge difference in temp(shows up black) than everywhere else. Hi,

not working efficiently, would this be normal would any body know, before I contact window company??
