Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Career guidance in Limerick

    Hi, I am looking to change careers but not sure what route to take. Any recommendations for a good career guidance counsellor in Limerick area?

    My friend when she wanted to go back went to the Career guidance in the local IT and was told she couldnt access it.
    I would say go to VTOS and ask for something to get you back to education. Then spend a year going to IT/Uni opendays and pressing the flesh. Make sure your interview board know who you are before you arrive.

    They want to see some sort of structured learning put in place to prove yourself.
