    Hi,

I see plenty of property for sale in Navan. Any particular reason for this, people cashing in?

Also os the area sought after?

    Thanks

Define "plenty"? All over the country, plenty of houses are for sale!

Theres lots of new developments cropping up, people looking to trade up.

Obviously some are in a bad area but the majority of people are just looking to upgrade.
