Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi all,

    Im just throwing this out there to see if anyone else has had this issue and what they did to sort it...

    Last April I applied to defer my course to this January 2020. (the course is an online hdip and runs from January to January). I was successful in the application and I was advised to reply to the deferral confirmation email to inform the registrars office I was resuming in Jan 2020. I did this before August and got no reply. Ive followed up with about 8 emails starting in early December and I have not had one response apart from a generic reply to inform me that they will reply in two days. So Ive called, Ive left my number etc... still nothing.

    Anyone had similar issues? What did you do to solve it?

    ya, seems like ill have to. Ill send a registered letter. Still no reply incidentally.
