Pienaar was a busted flush in his last few seasons at Ulster. Cooney's superior performances since joining justifies the non-renewal of Pienaar's contract.

Right now Sexton isn't playing well enough to exploit any positional deficiency in Ulster's back 3. I've never seen him kick as poorly as last Saturday. Maybe Ringrose could do it though. Larmour and he kicked well against France.

I will wait and see what Sexton can do on Saturday.,....

That is if he is fit, didn't look great when they pulled Byrne from last weekend.

Do you remember the time Robbie Diack didn't botch a try in a Pro12 final against Leinster?

    Me neither.

Why did the Ulster fan attend the Opera?

Because he heard there would be Harp.

    Leinster are fellow Mexicans.

    Leinster are fellow Mexicans.

    Munster is Leinster's Mexico.

    Ulster is Leinster's North Korea.

I'd rather see Saracens win it than Leinster.

Ah it wouldn't be Goode if Saracens won it, in fact it would be a right Payne.

A doer Ulster's recent injury update Marty Moore is following the return to play protocols for a head knock he sustained last weekend. Losing Moore is a blow. He's improved a lot in recent months. If he's out Leinster will target the scrum.

There was no mention of Henderson at all so I'm guessing he's fit. I think Leinster's second row would shade Ulster's regardless, but no Hendo would be a disaster.

RTP wouldn’t rule him out completely though? Depends on how quickly he progress’s.

It does. But I'm guessing they'll be cautious and keep him out.

At the very least it's going to severly hamper his training this week.

It’s really disappointing we’re unlikely to see the likes of Ringrose/Addison, Moore/Healy and Ryan/Henderson. With the interpros diluted these days, European or League knockout games seems to be the only time we get to see Irish provinces go full strength against each other.

Dwayne Peel was asked about Henderson and Moore.

Henderson being looked at day-by-day, Moore following RTP. Sounded more hopeful on Moore than Henderson.

I would imagine if Henderson is even only partially fit he'll be played, once he looks able for ~60 mins work, he's just too vital.
