Gym Once a Week

    Hey all,

    I've recently got into running and cycling and I'm doing one or the other 3-4 times a week so only have one day a week for the gym. I read a lot of people say things like 'I wouldn't even bother if I was only doing once a week', which sounds like complete BS to me! 

    But I can only go once, so would love some basic programs/ideas I could do that would give me a balanced, full body workout. 

    PS, While I could technically go to the gym more than once, it's a personal choice to only have the one trip along with the running and cycling.
