Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

First swim in months. A little over 3700m was a little painful, but felt great afterwards. I've had a bout with tendinitis in my left shoulder for a while now. Going to try to see if I can swim though it.

Last update for 2018. A rotator cuff injury meant a grand total of 10km swimming between September and year end, after what had been a good year to date.
