yes I would love it, what age is she?

what has you in a good mood today?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,424 ✭✭✭Storminateacup

    She was 2 months yesterday!
I'm in a good mood today because I am just staying at home today!! Enjoying my last few days off before I start work full time :(

Are you going on holidays this year

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 34,419 ✭✭✭✭hondasam

I can't decide what to do, there is a group going to spain in sept, free accommodation, flights are cheap. I will see.

you not looking forward to leaving the baby.

    Spain sounds good!!

And no i'm dreading it. I left her with my dad about 5 days after she was born as I had exams and I was a wreck the entire time. I left her yesterday as I was working and every time I thought about her I felt like bursting into tears :(
I'm sure it'll be easier when I have to do it every day but it just doesn't seem fair.
I was in college the day before she was born, I was in college for exams a couple days later. In college a couple weeks later for exams. In college a month later for exams. It feels like I'm such a ****ty mother.

Is it sunny where you are today

no it is raining. don't feel bad about leaving her. you are making a better life for her.
she will appreciate it when she is old enough to know the sacrifices you made for her.

Is one man enough for most women? variety is the spice of life you know.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,424 ✭✭✭Storminateacup

    Quality over quantity!!
    Are relationships overrated

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 34,419 ✭✭✭✭hondasam

No I don't think so. we all want to be loved. you could be lucky and get quality and quantity.

would you propose to a man?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,424 ✭✭✭Storminateacup

Never ever ever ever ever. I'm not marriage material. And if it ain't broken don't fix it.

Do men have a harder time than us

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 34,419 ✭✭✭✭hondasam

I think it is equal tbh. women complain all the time but men do most of the hard jobs around the house. majority of men cook, clean etc now days. women are better with kids imo.

would you be happy doing all the cooking and cleaning yourself.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,424 ✭✭✭Storminateacup

Yeah - Id be happy enough doing the cleaning cause nobody does it how I like it done. The cooking -- the boy looks after a lot of that.

    What's your least favourite chore

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 34,419 ✭✭✭✭hondasam

Ironing I hate it. I hate putting the clothes away after they are ironed.

    do you like gardening

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,424 ✭✭✭Storminateacup

Hate it -- don't do getting my hands dirty.

    What are you at today

on boards, smoking, drinking tea. wasting the day really.

    any plans for tonight

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,424 ✭✭✭Storminateacup

Yeah, it's a toss up between cinema or calling over to a girl from college, as she's gonna work that knot in my shoulder/neck out. The pain of it.

Have you ever had a serious knot??

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,389 ✭✭✭FTGFOP

I've had neck-aches from tense muscles that only nurofen+ will fix. I would like to afford a live-in masseuse!

    Now for a question...

    Favourite fruit?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,424 ✭✭✭Storminateacup

(Put one of those wheat germ bags that you heat in microwave on your neck and then kind of roll the muscle when it's warmed up -- it will help relax the muscle and will leave it easier to strech out by rolling. Will offer some relief)

Favourite fruit would be pineapple. I even put it on sandwiches.

    Favourite colour
