Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Drinking water storage

Having had a few water cut offs pet year I've started keeping some potable water on hand. About 50 litres as that's plenty enough for a day or 3 of drinking cooking and washing. What does anyone else keep?

Normally try and keep about the same amount of drinking water (24 x 2l Lidl water).

River nearby for flushing toilets.

240L rain water butt and multiple ways to treat it. Plus about 20L of pot water on hand at any one time.
