Hi Lindell,

I have two outstanding tickets for items that never arrived.
Can you please have a look into this, i`ve been waiting now since January.

Ticket numbers are T18030104512 and T18032696271

You already have a mechanism in place here. The only reason I can see for changing it is to eliminate the negative publicity.
The only difference I can see between the spreadsheet above and reporting a problem via a ticket on your own website is that it'll likely take longer to solve via the spreadsheet.
Do you no longer intend to reply to the questions on here?

Hey Gearbest,

I placed a pre-order for the Xiaomi Note 5 on the 04/04/2018. Paid in full!
This morning I received an email cancelling my order and refunding me due to supplier issues.
So you can imagine my surprise and chagrin when I go to the Website and the handset is still for sale and at a higher price.
Shoddy behaviour and very poor customer experience.

Sorry for giving you a horrible shopping experience on our website.
I have checked with my colleague, she said this was exactly due to our supplier issues, they could not offer us this products to help us refill the inventory.
As for the canceled order, this is due to the reason that you purchased it over 45 days, and we can't send the parcel out, so we have to cancel the order and give the money back to you.
I have already let my colleague know about your situation, and she will contact you later to give you compensation.
