Wind Gust predictions up until Monday 13.00 from EURO 4 .

An increase in wind speeds on the previous run but most of the strongest winds staying off the coast, a rough day nonetheless with the driving heavy rain especially in Southern counties.

Will be watching for your reports aisling86 ! looking rough down your way over the coming days, flooding must be a concern, land may be dry but that is a lot of rain to fall between here and Monday evening.

ECM just rolling out and somewhat in line with the EURO 4 although the Euro 4 looks wetter.

Present ECM runs showing it windy on Monday, possibly reaching yellow warning in parts of the S, SW and W.

Strongest winds off the coast atm but the ECM has increased speeds also since the previous run bringing the winds closer to the coast.

ICON showing very strong winds on Monday. On its own with these wind speeds atm. Bit of a spread even at this stage to how strong the winds are going to be. ECM would be a bit lower but a good guide at this stage.

EURO 4 12Z looks quite a bit windier on the latest run . Brings the LP closer to Ireland than the ECM but keeping the strongest winds off the coast or just on the coastal fringes. This would bring a lot more areas into the yellow wind warning.

Not heavy rain in cork city but it's constant most really. I'm guessing it's going to get heavier over night. Gonna be a wet 48 hours down here

The worst flooding I can remember was during storm Frank, this was the local park. Around 60mm fell but they also held the dam for too long which caused Macroom to flood.

See Wexford and Wicklow have been left out of the warnings. Wonder will that change... GFS has lots of rain for both.

Radar looks like it has stalled. Nothing in Meath. What time are we due rain, if any?
