Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Demolish conservatory and cost of extension

    Thinking of knocking down our small 10ft conservatory and replacing it with a 13ft square room.

    Also hoping to build a shed 16ft x 20ft, split in two, double door one side and single door on the other, nice external finish so it can be painted.

    Getting some crazy quotes!

    Has anyone done something similar that are willing to share what it cost them.

    What sort of prices are you seeing? About 60k?

    Block shed budget €25k
