Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Well, he must have been seriously suffering in order to consider it an option. But was he being screwed over or did he simply refuse to accept something was over?

    (Apparently nothing to do with kid custody as it's a seperate court)

    Sounds like an unhinged man was taken to the cleaners by a family member and he blames the Judge.

    Much more likely rather than these not so subtle hints at Islamic terror in this thread.

    Judge Ryan was a Specialist Judge for Personal Insolvency matters fadó fadó but she is now a full judge of the Circuit Court and this was a family law list.

    I believe from speaking to colleagues that it was an access list but I do not know that for certain.

    You dont anything except what you have read in the media so you should not make any assumptions

    The incident did occur in Phoenix House which are the Family Law Courts which deals amongst other issues with custody and access arrangements
