Now £2,250 - very surprised it still hasn't sold.

See my post from 2 weeks ago, his asking price was down to £2,000 then!

At that price I was also surprised it wasn't selling, but it doesn't help he has since been increasing the price

Rusty suspension turrets at it's last MOT before it passed. I'd like to see the quality of that repair. It could explain a lot.

Not sure where to put this, it's a lot of money, probably a couple of million, but realistically there's only 2 in private hands and I doubt the other one will be sold for a while, so the opportunity is a bargain; if you have the money. It has actually raced in the Paris-Dakar, though it crashed out on Stage 8.

The 959 is probably my favourite supercar of all time, only a Chapron DS Decapotable and a W111 Convertible beat it overall, but if I won the Euromillions I'd give Joe Macari a quick call.

1985 Porsche 959 (961), #010014 Race Number 185, €POA, only 4,400 miles

Even for a rally car is it still not dog rough (inside as well) for something that's covered less than 5K miles

This is the 1986 winning car, I took this photo in 2014 in the Schlumpf Museum in Mulhouse, France. If you're anywhere near it, then go visit it, crazy selection of cars.

Yes, largest collection worldwide and some are very different from what you'd think. Also has a huge F1 collection. On the Bugatti's, they saved a lot of the moulds from the old factory and restored some others, so you get an idea of how they built the earlier coachbuilt versions. It takes the best part of a day to get around it properly.

Looks great. Normally not a fan of kits but the Zender kit with the monoblocks really does it for that W124 coupe, looks very fresh. Dare I say it - better looking than a W126 coupe.

200k miles on it though. Chances are the car will feel and drive tired.

I'm pretty sure the head designer was taken out back and shot at one point by the "good taste" police - and if they weren't, they should have been !

I honestly have a headache thinking about that body kit !

( I hope no one here owns it ! )
