Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Nes classic mini preordered as soon as it was available to preorder last July

    Got another automated email this morning saying still waiting to dispatch order. I'll probably cancel soon as I don't have much hope of these ever arriving.

    also got an email with the same thing, luckily I didn't buy these needing them straight away so I think ill wait a little bit and see.

    Yeah to be honest I bought them for when I'm travelling and wont be on a plane again until march.

    Would have been nice to have them there for that person you always forget to get a present for at Christmas though :P

    I got an 'order dispatched' and a tracking no. 2 weeks ago, I cant track it-says 'not found', they dont do replies to email either.

    Ordered on the 30/10/17 , had gotten 2 previous emails apologising for the delay etc and then cancelled yesterday, is there any point in raising sing a complaint ?

    Cancelled as well, just got fed up. How the hell do you put a product up to sale and then after a week you realize you're out of stock? -.-

    If you got it delivered, I'd wait one week more and in the meantime, I'd buy time to ask them that.

    hope it helps somehow. If I recall correctly, one of the cancellation options was something like "waited too long"

    Just logged in to my Zavvi account as I seem to be one of the lucky ones who hadn't got a email advising me of cancelling my order.....

    AND... sure enough Status: CANCELLED.

    They some shower .... never even bothered to tell me.
